Security hardening:
- Explicitly reject all HTTP methods that are not `GET` or `POST`.
- Refuse streaming/chunked requests.
- Explicitly set `Content-Length` header on all responses.

New `logger` option:
- Hardcoded `console` calls are removed, preferring bring-your-own `Logger`.
- The previous behavior can be replicated by passing `logger: console`.
- The `--silent`/`-s` option has been removed because the library is now silent by default.
- Added logs at `debug` level to assist troubleshooting.

Documentation improvements:
- Clarify "Global usage" section title.
- Add concrete examples of library usage.

Other improvements:
- Increased test coverage, now hitting all branches except one.
- Improved JSDoc to use more idiomatic TypeScript types.
- Upgraded dependencies, notably TypeScript to v7.
