**More flexible `TransformationFunction` output type**: The type definition
for `TransformationFunction` has been updated to recognize `AsyncIterable`
instead of `ReadableStream` as a possible output type. This new type more
accurately reflects how the function is unwrapped (i.e., using `for await..of`,
which does not necessarily have to be a `ReadableStream`).
This looser type definition fixes false type errors that occur when passing
an async generator function.
Before (v0.1.9):
```javascript
new CSVTransformer(async function* (r) { yield r; });
// Although the code works fine, there is a type error:
// Argument of type '{}' is not assignable to parameter of type 'TransformationFunction'.
// Type '{}' provides no match for the signature '(row: any[]): MaybePromise<TransformationOutput | ReadableStream<TransformationOutput>>'.ts(2345)
```
After (v0.1.10):
```javascript
new CSVTransformer(async function* (r) { yield r; });
// No type error!
```
**Improved tests**: Test cases have been added to handle more edge cases,
including the async generator edge case described above.
