Support EURS custom proxy pattern

The token predates ERC-1967 so it is commented out as out of scope, but I wanted to document it for potential future expansion to a generalized proxy lookup tool.

Wrap response in array if it is not an array

Some RPC providers (e.g., Google Blockchain RPC) will respond with a single object on error, which is not compliant with the JSON-RPC spec. Wrapping the response in an array then flattening ensures the result is an iterable, one-dimensional array.

Support WTGXX custom proxy pattern

It's similar to ERC-1967 except using non-standard storage slots.

Simplify language for clarity

"Implementation" is the prevailing term on block explorers. Also removed redundant words.
