Remove Source Code Pro font

Fixes inconsistent whitespace collapsing in plaintext tables that use box-drawing characters (e.g., the `transcriber` repo). The `padding` adjustment is needed because Source Code Pro uses above average spacing compared to other monospaced fonts.

Symlinks are necessary to retain the original ".git" folder so the clone URLs keep working. The bare non-".git" folder is just for the web view. This behavior matches GitHub and other git forges (i.e., no ".git" in the web URL, but include ".git" in the clone URL).

This set of changes is intended to retain the original "feel" but improve usability. Mainly just making things bigger to better utilize screen space, and horizontal centering.
