Change EVM assembly extension to `.eas`

Consistent with geas convention
create2-deployment.eas [moved from create2-deployment.evm with 100% similarity] blob | blame | history
create2.eas [moved from create2.evm with 100% similarity] blob | blame | history
minimal-contract-deployment.eas [moved from minimal-contract-deployment.evm with 100% similarity] blob | blame | history
